Complete a New Patient Application

The first part of the process is filling out a new member application with thorough information. To serve new practice members best, we must learn about your health history and any past traumas or injuries that could contribute to your health problems. When you visit Ozner Family Chiropractic, we want you to feel at home. We will give you a tour of our office and let you know what to expect from chiropractic care. One-on-One Consultation

Next, you will sit down with a one-on-one consultation with the Ozner Family Chiropractic staff. We will discuss your current health issues, goals for recovery, past health concerns, and we’ll review other questions and concerns you have. We want you to be confident in the care we provide and to expect exceptional healthcare that is customized for your needs.

Chiropractic Assessment

Once we’ve gotten information about your health and you’ve toured the office, Dr. Ozner and his staff will perform a complete physical evaluation, evaluating the nervous system and muscles. Ozner Family Chiropractic always uses the most advanced technology and proven methods to ensure we get to the root of any problems. In this stage, we learn what area of the spine needs to be adjusted and where the pressure on the spine is, and then we determine the most effective technique to correct the issue.

Diagnostic Imaging

After the exam, we take any necessary diagnostic imaging and postural x-rays to get an even more in-depth look at your skeletal system and confirm the preliminary diagnosis.
